Gabriel Oak

David Austin English Rose
Deep purple stems carry vividly deep pink roses, packed full with ruffly petals that unfurl as rosettes towards the sky. The intoxicating, strong fruity fragrance clings to each bloom, a call to cut the spectacular flowers and bring them inside to perfume the house. Blooms in flushes repeatedly throughout the season. Forming a handsome, upright, vigorous bush, the deep green foliage is an incredibly striking contrast to the vivid blooms and dark mulberry stems, making this variety even more bewitching. Wonderfully healthy and robust, the foliage grows 4'H x W.

Named after the character in 'Far From the Madding Crowd' by Thomas Hardy.
